We allow property to be posted for free if it is a REO, and is posted by a Broker or Asset manager. This is the only way property can be put on the site.

Buyers have come to realize that only great deals will be found on GetREOProperty and not listings that a seller is trying to get full market value. This is what makes this site successful and why we insist that only Properties that are Bank Owned through foreclosure are on it.

We are out to become the largest REO database in the US. Brokers, Agents and Asset Managers include your listings here for maximum exposure.

Buyers, register for a Free 7 day trial and start searching for the perfect home for you. Hundreds of properties are added everyday so check back often.

As we grow those Agents that become the Local Expert in their areas will capitalize on the ridicules low initial monthly rate being charged. As these agents grow with us their fee is locked for a full year. Others that become Local Experts will be charged 10 times this amount in the near future. Even then this rate will be far below what other sites charge.

Buyers pay a one time fee of $39.00 after the 7 Day Trial expires if they want to continue to search for new property posted on the site.
