A: Other sites charge a $39.00 or more fee per month. With GetREOProperty.com there is a small $39.00 one-time charge after the trial period has ended to continue to use the site and search for your perfect property.

Q: I set up my trial and cannot login?

A: You will receive a email shortly with a link to activate your account. Despit our best efforts sometimes these emails will end up in your Spam or similar folder. Please check in these folders and then add us to your white list to ensure timely delivery of email.

Q: Can anyone post any kind of properties on the site?

A: Unfortunately the answer is no. Only REO Brokers/Agents or REO Managers can post REO Properties. Buyers come to the site for the best deals and we will not clutter the site with property that the seller is trying to receive full price.

Q: What do I do when I find a property I want?

A: Contact the listing agent or contact a local agent to view and make an offer on the property. HUD properties must have offers go through HUD Agents only.

Q: I am a Licensed Agent and I want to become a Local Real Estate Expert on your site for my area. Is there a charge for this and how would I go about becoming one?

A: Any Licensed Broker or Agent can purchase a territory or multiple territories. Any member that searches within your territory will see you as the local expert.

Q: I am a Mortgage Broker and want to be part of your Lender Team. How do I do this?

Q: Not all property has complete information, Why?

A: Depending on who provides us the information there maybe some fields that are not available at the time of the bulk listing.
